**Belgium International Business Matchmaking and GISA Guidance Briefing Session**, held on **April 22** at the **Tucheng Green Innovation Base of the New Taipei City Youth Bureau**.

At the event, I had the opportunity to present our company’s vision and introduce our core AI innovation, **PSIE (Psychological State Inference Engine)**.

In our pitch, we shared our belief that the next stage of AI will not be defined only by stronger reasoning or larger models. The real breakthrough will come when AI can better understand people — not only what they say, but also their psychological state, emotional context, long-term preferences, and interaction patterns over time.

This is exactly what PSIE is designed to address.

PSIE is our cognitive architecture for next-generation AI agents, robots, and digital companions. It is designed to serve as a human-aware intelligence layer between people and machines, helping future systems become more adaptive, more personalized, and more capable of building long-term interaction continuity.

During the event, I was also very pleased to have meaningful discussions with **Group Leader Tsou from the Belgian representative office** and **Researcher Tsao from Taipei Exchange** regarding two important next steps for our company:

1. potential fundraising and business development opportunities connected with Belgium, and

2. the possibility of entering Taiwan’s **GISA / emerging stock board guidance pathway** in the future.

These conversations were highly valuable for us. They not only opened the door to further discussion on international fundraising opportunities, but also helped us better understand the possible capital-market development path for Daviundler Research Lab in Taiwan.

For us, this event was more than just a presentation. It was an important step in connecting our AI vision with international partners, strategic resources, and future growth opportunities.

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to join this session and to exchange ideas with distinguished representatives and professionals from both the international business and capital market sectors.

We look forward to continuing the discussions ahead and exploring how Daviundler Research Lab can further contribute to the future of human-centered AI, intelligent systems, and cross-border innovation.
